Job Description:

A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist to manage benefits and retirement programs.



Key Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of benefits processes, including handling escalated inquiries and supporting open enrollment
Perform quality checks on benefits-related data and conduct audits to ensure accuracy
Assist with special projects and process improvements while maintaining employee confidentiality


Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 1 year experience in benefits administration
Minimum of 1 year experience using an HRIS
Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, and other relevant legislation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Ability to manage concurrent projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
